The newly refurbished Is-Sibylle Restaurant provides a contemporary setting with views over the magnificent mediterranean and St.Paul’s Island where one can enjoy a spectacular evening meal, a business dinner or an intimate night out. The food is not the only experience to gush about. What Is-Sibylle manages to achieve is a great setting; formal on the surface, yet relaxed and laid back at its core.
